Validate You, empower yourself and take stock of your challenges and so-called failures. Spiritual truth says ‘Be Here Now.’ But what if your not taking the ‘All’ of you into the now.
Women tend to look to external validation. Isn’t it time to stop giving your power away? Validate yourself and stop letting others tell you who or what you are.
Validate Your Innate Creativity and Accomplishments
I have explored ‘no mind.’ And I love relaxing my mind because a relaxed mind is a happy mind. I am saying this for those of you who have a hamster mind which never stops. Also, this is for those of you who think your thoughts are you.
I love resting into the awareness of awareness, the pure spaciousness of beingness, which includes me and everything else.
However, I also needed to acknowledge my talents, creativity and my accomplishments. When I became a therapist, there was so much to know. I was totally intimidated. But over the years, I have begun to validate all of my experiences and accomplishments. I acknowledge all my training, awards, good reviews and the life-changing help given to clients.
Yes, even if at times I have failed to fully realize all in my dreams, at least I put my creativity into action. I have a friend who has made his bathroom into a temple to his failed endeavors. He hung pictures and mementos of what he had attempted to do. And he was proud of them. So be it indeed!
I like…You
I like you are ordinary and extraordinary. It is ok to be both. Our ordinariness gives compassion. The extraordinary in you, which includes your skills and life experiences, shows the ways you serve others as well as yourself.
Self Esteem
How to improve your self esteem and use it to support your continued adventure in life? It comes down to reframing your experiences and changing your perspective.
Your husband left you after 20 years of marriage. Does this invalidate your marriage? Absolutely not. It may mean he’s a jerk, it may also mean the two of you had a wonderful marriage but grew apart. It does not mean you failed.
Or perhaps you have anger or anxiety issues and need to get to the core of your emotions because you don’t want to distress yourself or loved ones. These may be behaviors that cling or infuriate.
What I am speaking to can be about early trauma and DNA. Body Being & Heart helps you reframe emotional issues with somatic activities, which get you out of your mind and into your body. These somatic, easy-to-do activities put you in touch with emotions stuck in your body. Allowing you to navigate to a deeper connection with life itself.
Homicide Not Suicide
A spiritual teacher and a renown psychologist in Toronto both told me “Homicide is better than Suicide.” Did they want people to go out and start shooting, of course not. Turning your anger inside against yourself, making yourself perpetually wrong is a form of self suicide. A little bit of anger goes a long way. It will help you stand up for yourself.
Nurture YourSelf
Preventive selfcare is essential as you get older. Noticing and taking small and sometimes giant steps for your well-being is a necessary part of life. Body Being & Heart, Healing for Body and Spirit provides a holistic drug free approach to rebalancing your body with CranioSacral and Brain Therapy, Vibrational Acupuncture, meridian balancing without needles, Chakra Balancing with large and mini chakras to support tissue renewal.
