Are you passionate? Do you have things you are drawn to do, love and people you feel are deeply connected to you? Yes, we are all drawn to a multiplicity of taste, smell, touch, move. Passions shift and change over time. You shift and open to new potentials.
What are you looking towards? What are you letting go. Is it you who are letting go? Or is it life bringing you to new possibilities?
Love
I was always seeking love until I finally realized I was the love. It was already inside of me. Now, it is lovely to share friendship, wisdom and receive this from others. Sometimes what we seek is already inside us.
And if you do not know what you are seeking, keep searching till you find what resonates for you. Whatever it is will feel good and provide what you need.
In the world of Satsang, meetings to share ‘truth,’ it is said the world appears in you. Not perhaps the world sold to you on TV but from a deeper more meaningful place.
Love what you love and experience the lessons/wisdom it brings.
Passion
I have had a number of passions. Dance was my first. It brought me to creating choreographies out of my experiences with life and listening to my body. It also brought me an illness and a shift from creating to healing.
Well, at that time I had not figured out the way emotional conflicts affected my body or how much pressure I was putting on myself nor was I aware of my family history of autoimmune, anxiety and depression.
So Healing was my next passion. And the healing arts continue to unfold. I share these with you in sessions and courses in person and online worldwide. I learned the hard way but you do not have to do that way. Find your health and well-being easily, come for a session.
Consciousness
Did you see the part about life experiences? I wanted to share the ‘lens’ through which I was experiencing the world and my insights. I shared through the dance. And side by side, went on to explore the world of spirituality.
The Catholic Church and Catholic school board are the institutions which hired me the most throughout my life. But no, I am not a Catholic though one of my relatives might receive sainthood. I honour all religions but I am first and foremost an experiencer.
And that’s where life came in and literally pushed and pulled me along a path of revelation. And sometimes I think I know something and other times absolutely ‘No Thing.’
No-Thing
I like to describe ‘no thing’ as the awareness of awareness. It puts you in touch with your essential being. You are a vibration, a flavor…bioelectric and connected to the universe whether you are aware of this or not.
You can use this larger perspective to resolve personal issues and heal them. And this is for any physical, ancestral, structural or chronic issues and the emotions, anxiety, anger, fear or sadness they bring. It is all one ‘kettle of fish’ which Body Being & Heart body centered Somatic Therapy addresses. BBH uses CranioSacral Therapy and Vibrational Acupuncture plus visualization and dialogue with your body to heal and expand your potential.
Listen to Your Body
Yes, listen to your body, it has a lot to say. Sometime it points to conflicts and fears. Other times to simple nutritional needs. I remember my passion for olives. Perhaps my body needed the salt and oil.
Over Time
Over time your passions may change. I discovered I like to write. It is a new way to share my perceptions with others on this journey called life. Both ‘Adventures of Alice Wonderbar,’a spiritual. romantic fantasy, and ‘Anxious Woman,’ a guide to De-Stress you, are available on Amazon’s Kindle Unlimited.
And of course, there are Body Being & Heart Retreats, Courses online and in-person. You may discover your next ‘passion’ by exploring your World by nurturing and healing yourself. Contact Kyra for more information
