Do you have third party insurance? If you do Body Being & Heart offers receipts under Massage Therapy and Naturopathy. The end of the year is coming, so if you want to make use of your insurance and benefit your well-being come for a
session In-Person or On-Line. Yes, distant healing really does work.
If you do not live in Quebec and could use a receipt for Professional Development. These are available for Body Being & Heart
Zoom courses and sessions where I not only treat but teach transformational arts.
I often give in between sessions quick telephone energetic upgrades for regular clients…but these mini sessions are not a replacement for Zoom or in-person treatments.
Insurance Receipts
I know I make the most of my private insurance by having treatments. The refunds I receive actually pay for my ‘just in case’ insurance. Of course, I am having sessions from one of my advanced students who, glory be, comes to my home. I do receive distant healing when needed from a colleague and friend! And vice versa…
Taking Care
Taking care of myself is one of the benefits of being me. Do you take care of yourself? Keep in mind ‘your body is the focal point of the now.’ Your mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic well-being is reflected through your physical self. So, do yourself a kindness whether you have insurance or not and come for session.
My work is for sensitive people especially women who are in life changing and challenging situations. Change is inevitable and can be overwhelming. Life itself can be anxiety producing but there are ways to reframe and gain perspective. There are ways to relax after initial panic attacks. Cure and management are a continuum along everyone’s life path. The Buddhist say “Life is suffering but you don’t have to suffer unnecessarily.”
Wellness
Your body is the focal point of the NOW. Body Being & Heart, Healing for Body and Spirit addresses the mind, the emotions and your energy and spirit in a body centered approach to wellness.
